The Black Ruhk
The Black Ruhk, formerly known as Rohktar ne' Deios V, is one of the 9 members of Second Revelation, and leader of his covert terror group 'The Black Circle'.
The Ruhk was born the son of Baron and Herald Rohktar ne' Deios IV and Baroness Emaveranth ne' Ilto II. Like many mothers during Voltaine II's reign, Emaveranth died not long after his birth, forever staining the relationship between father and son.
The Ruhk would grow up ambivalent to his father, and to the legacy the Baron-Herald wished for him to inherit and continue. Ruhk instead focused his time with antiquitist projects, fascinated by the thrill of discovery and mystery of the past, and with continuing his martial training started during the 'Plentiful Harvest' initiative. He sought out other children in the Barony with this training, and formed 'The Circle', with the Herald-trained Ruhk as their leader and mentor.
Within the Barony he was seen as lazy and misguided, but to the mistreated 3rd and 4th born children of the Barons, he was known as a patient, caring and insightful mentor.
When the Circle, and dueling became public knowledge, it turned into a contest held yearly, the Barony using their once forgotten children as pawns in their own games. Ruhk however would dominate every competition run, and was proclaimed the 'Greatest Duelist' in Enaeth, continuously bring shame and embarrassment to his father, who thought the duels were a waste of time.
When his father took a new wife in 2393 and disowned him, the Ruhk left Voltaine, taking the founding members of the Circle with him and forming a mercenary company. It is unknown when he was recruited by Second Revelation, but it is presumed the Circle joined his new venture.
The Ruhk would return to Voltaine in 2398 and assassinate his father to raid his vault for an unknown artefact, later to be revealed as the Recallset.
It was here, lost at sea, that Reymah's prayers for a greater power to manifest itself revealed to her. She washed up on unknown shores and was recovered by the Drifter; a man she learnt was lost to time, leading an organization that would supersede the gods, and end the cycles of chaos.

The Ruhk is a lean and athletic man, with dark hair and brown eyes that turn gold in the light. He is often seen dressed lavishly, either in his black overcoat, or more practical black and gold filament-weave dueling attire. Wielding his onyx black rattans, the Ruhk has also been known to use a sword cane since losing his arm to Orin outside Palisades.
The Ruhk seemingly has the ability to travel through an alternative dimension to existence. Grippsly was able to witness this dimension for a moment as a fourth dimensional projection, whisked away from the Fallen Litany to the Declension hundreds of miles east in a matter of steps, seemingly traveling through matter.
He is able to interact with object and even other people in this refracted space, kidnapping Elimarah from the Complex while also taking Orin's arm as a 'Sample'.
During his duel with Orin, he was able to bring this projection into reality, creating mirror copies of himself, and even twisting his figure into a cone shaped refraction, hitting Orin with multiple punches at the same time. It in unknown the distance his ability can interact with, but it seemingly requires great concentration and mental stress to manage his ability.
