Growing up in a frontier town wiped off the map by a Scion attack, Alisto desired from a young age to follow in his strict and often absent father's footsteps, and join the Amansir.

Alisto served with loyalty, but went many years without distinction. His father, now an Apostle and leader of his chapter within the Circiern Region, often stated Alisto thought too often and acted to late.

Left behind in Palisades when the chapter departed to investigate the destruction of Hecto, Alisto's moment to act came when the city fell under siege. Being the only unit left, TR Vulpen demanded he serve them, and attempted to wrestle control of the emergency from Orin and Garternay.

Despite doubt over Orin's character and his betrayal of the Amansir, he put aside his mistrust to give the people of Palisades the best chance of salvation. When Vulpen attempted to arrest Orin and abandon the city, Alisto instead arrested the TR, and helped Second Sunrise end the siege at Palisade's.

Upon his father's return, Alisto was rewarded for his action... and punished for his thoughts. Promoted to Commander, his father released him from Palisades, and he was reassigned to Rhyne for his willing association with a "Brother Killer".

Among strangers and mistrusted, Alisto began to doubt his path; with the disapproval of his father ringing in his ears, Alisto turned a blind eye to the going on's in the Rhyne Amansir; the new recruits constantly flowing in, the lack of decorum, and the concerning report of Amansir action in the Bedlo Strand.

When Rhyne fell to assault, and confronted with the truth by his friends in Second Sunrise, Alisto could ignore the rot within the Amansir no longer, and turned on his traitor brothers. Willingly labeling himself a Brother Killer, Alisto has now been sent from Rhyne to investigate potential corruption within the Amansir on Regina Garaseehn's orders. While Alisto will not shy from exposing all to the light, he hopes, perhaps in vain, that his investigation will be for nought.
